If you love bookshops, how about staying with us, right above the shop?

The self-contained bookshop flat sleeps four in two bedrooms, a double and a twin. There is space for a cot in either room. There is a large dining/living area, with a separate kitchen. The flat is accessed by a private entrance at the rear of the shop and an external metal staircase (please make sure all your guests can safely use the stairs, it is best to hold small children’s hands). Guests have use of the sunny private courtyard (occasional bookshop deliveries may occur). 

In line with the ethos of the bookshop, the flat is furnished and equipped with pre-loved, tried-and-tested items rather than brand new. Expect homely basics and mid-century design classics. The kitchen is well-stocked with equipment for self-catering when you want a change from sampling the great eateries Chester has to offer. All linen and towels are included.

We have kept the pricing of the flat very simple. It is £100 per night at any time of the year except Easter, Christmas and Bank Holidays, plus a supplement of £30 for a single night stay because of the additional laundry and cleaning costs.
